Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

DOVER, Del., July 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $.045 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2007.
