Century Casinos Extends Agreement for Three Shipboard Casinos

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., July 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTY; Vienna Stock Exchange) announced today that the Company has extended the existing casino concession agreement for the operation of the casinos onboard the vessels of Miami based Oceania Cruises, Inc. ("Oceania") for five years. Under this prolonged agreement Century Casinos will run the casinos onboard the three luxurious 684-guest ships, Regatta, Insignia and Nautica until 2012.

Century Casinos operates 15 gaming tables and 108 slot machines on Oceania's three luxury cruise ships which are setting a worldwide standard for luxury cruising with the finest cuisine at sea, luxurious accommodations, exceptional personalized service and grand style.
