Bally Technologies Announces Agreement to Provide Systems and Bonusing Technology to Pinnacle Entertainment

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bally Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has signed an expansive contract with Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. to provide slot, casino management and bonusing technology for the next four years.

Pinnacle will be able to select from a full complement of Bally(R) Slot Management Systems (SMS(TM)) / Casino Management Systems (CMS(TM)) technologies, common player-tracking solutions, eTICKET(TM) cashless functionality, Bally Power Bonusing(TM) solutions and interactive iVIEW(TM) displays.

The agreement includes possible implementations at five new and existing Pinnacle casino resorts that constitute a planned total of more than 12,000 slot machines linked by slot management systems. The Lumiere Place Casino Resort and the River City(SM) Casino & Hotel are both under construction in the St. Louis market.

Bally is currently the systems provider at Pinnacle's Belterra Casino Resort & Spa in Florence, Ind., Boomtown Casino in suburban New Orleans, the Boomtown Hotel & Casino in Bossier City, La., and The Casino at Emerald Bay in Exuma, Bahamas.
