24-05-2007 Betbrokers to buy Las Vegas-based Winning Edge

The UK’s first independent betting brokerage signed a Letter of Intent to purchase Winning Edge International, a sports information and tipping service, for a consideration of $6.5 million to be funded entirely through the issue of new Betbrokers’ shares to the current Winning Edge shareholders.
