23-10-2007 US extend negotiations with European Union

Reuters reports that the United States have agreed to extend the negotiation period for all claimants in the WTO internet gambling dispute.

"Each negotiation is proceeding at its own pace, and some are quite advance," commented Gretchen Hamel, spokesperson for the USTR, adding that most nations seem to be interested to settle amicably, while Antigua remains more focused on litigating the case.
