The Online Wire reports the UK Court of Northampton has established that BetonSports plc is the debtor of its US customers and the company is ultimately responsible for its trading as online betting venue. According to the judgement, the customers of BetonSports had never been told they were trading with a BetonSports's subsidiary in Antigua. |
