The online money transfer provider anoounced to have signed an agreement with the United States Attorney’s Office. NETeller President and CEO Ron Martin commented: "Progress, while not always visible to the outside observer, has been steady and these agreements mark a milestone in the process." Under the advice of its legal advisers and in accordance with court orders in the Isle of Man, NETeller will continue to cooperate with the US authorities investigation. In other news, Youbet.com signed a deal to feature races and allow online advance deposit wagering for Boyd Gaming's Delta Downs Racetrack in Louisiana. Chartwell Technology has announced a 24% increase to $5.5m in first quarter revenue. The gaming software provider also said it continued to maintain a strong balance sheet with $14.6 million of cash and short-term investments. Dynamite Idea signed a multi-year agreement to provide a full range of fixed odds internet betting games to Phantom Fiber. Jeff Halloran, Chairman and CEO of Phantom Fiber, said: "The United Kingdom and European markets are key to our global expansion plans and Dynamite Idea is a major contributor in executing on those plans."
