20-05-2005 Turf Club of Ireland to sign a MoU with Betfair and Betdaq

"We'll sign memorandums with every exchange that trades on Irish racing if volumes are respectable but athis stage Betfair and Betdaq would look the big two. We received draft documentation about eight or nine months ago which we were happy with as it's the very same as agreed with the Jockey Club. The UK situation basically works so we're not going to change much in that regard," said Denis Egan, Turf Club Chief Executive.
