16-07-2007 UIGEA regulations to be published in the near future

The Federal Reserve informed iGamingNews that the Department of Treasury and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, in consultation with the Department of Justice, anticipate that proposed UIGEA regulations will be published in the Federal Register for public comment in the near future.
