16-05-2007 Lottomatica acquires Finsoft

The lottery operator announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary GTECH Sports Betting Solutions has entered into an agreement to complete the acquisition of Finsoft, supplier of the MarginMaker platform, in the third quarter of 2007. MarginMaker powers some of the most successful online betting sites including Sportingbet, Sporting Index, Stan James and Boylesports.
