16-05-2006 Microgaming to add Mahjong to its product offering

Dynasty Gaming has entered into a license agreement with Microgaming Systems to market Dinasty's Mahjong Mania software.

Under the deal, Dynasty's wholly owned subsidiary, Mahjong Systems Limited, will earn a licensing fee and share of rake from each online operator supplied with the aggregate, cash-wager version of Mahjong Mania by Microgaming.

"This agreement, which will be made known to the hundreds of online operators attending the GIGSE conference in Montreal this week, is a major breakthrough for our organization. Microgaming is already acknowledged as a provider of the hottest and most exciting online gaming software to a large universe of online operator clients. Microgaming's decision to include our Mahjong software demonstrates a strong belief in the demand for this game by online, cash-wager players as well as in the reliability and robustness of our technology." said Adriaan Brink, President of Mahjong Systems Limited.

"Our mission is to provide the most effective software and management systems for our operators so they can run the fairest, most reliable and most profitable online action. We believe that the addition of Mahjong Mania to our product offering meets every element in our mission. We are also confident that it will provide the estimated nearly 1 billion players worldwide of Mahjong with the first aggregate online, cash-wager version of the most widely played game in the world," said Roger Raatgever, CEO of Microgaming.

"Our agreement with Microgaming holds the potential for us to efficiently and credibly create relationships with a large number of casino and sports book operators. We recognize the importance of moving quickly to realize the advantages associated with being first-to-market with a gaming product and we believe our link with Microgaming will be critical in achieving early and broad market penetration," commented Albert Barbusci, Chief Executive of Dynasty Gaming.
