13-09-2007 iMEGA files response to US DoJ's motion to dismiss

The Interactive Media and Entertainment Gaming Association filed its response to the motion submitted two weeks ago by the US Department of Justice to dismiss the iMEGA's complaint against the UIGEA.

iMEGA answered the DoJ claim that its complaint lacks standing since none of the association members has been prosecuted under the UIGEA, saying that it is not necessary to wait for one of the members to be prosecuted before the act may be challenged in court.
