Mobile Gaming Solutions (MGS) is a technology and service provider of gaming platforms for mobile and interactive TV.

Bowman Holdings is a leading pioneer of online gambling. The company with offices in Isle of Man, Mauritius and Curacao, sold Bowmans.com to Bet365 in December 2006 and recently re-launched under the brand Hansa Gaming.

Financial details of the transaction were not discussed.
