Frank Fahrenkopf, President of the American Gaming Association, told Las Vegas Sun journalist Jeff Simpson that is unlikely that the new Democratic-led Congress will reverse the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 to introduce a new law defining poker as a game of skill. "They [online poker players] don't have a chance in hell," said Fahrenkopf.
