11-02-2007 US Congress won't define poker as a game of skill |

Frank Fahrenkopf, President of the American Gaming Association, told Las Vegas Sun journalist Jeff Simpson that is unlikely that the new Democratic-led Congress will reverse the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 to introduce a new law defining poker as a game of skill.
