US Fed, Treasury Target of New Bill

U.S. Representatives Barney Frank and Ron Paul have jointly introduced a bill that would prohibit the Treasury and Federal Reserve from "proposing, prescribing or implementing" any regulations under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.
