N.D. horse betting may benefit from technology

The North Dakota horse racing industry and the state can pull racing out of its financial doldrums by attracting a type of simulcast betting known as advanced deposit wagering, the new general manager of Fargo’s North Dakota Horse Park told legislators Tuesday.
