Chartwell Technology to Launch New Online Bingo

Chartwell Technology Inc. (TSX) ("Chartwell") and Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PEI) ("Parlay") are pleased to jointly announce their intention to launch an online bingo network, powered by an Internet platform that combines Parlay's front-end bingo product with Chartwell's back-end administration system. Both Parlay and Chartwell will also contribute a variety of slots and other soft games to the platform. The European-facing network will be based in Malta and managed by Chartwell.
