New slow-pays reports from sportsbook.com customers who have been waiting four months and more to get paid; meanwhile the site changes "ownership" listing Maltese company Jassy Sports Events as its parent company (it was Domain Holdings few months ago, Jassy Sports before that and Jazette Enterprises last year).
