Unibet payment delays

We have recently received a couple of complaints against Unibet, which apparently had a technical issue that caused payment requests to remain stuck into the system. While the Maltese bookmaker quickly resolved the issue after we contacted them, that should not have been necessary.
Unibet rating is reassessed at 4+ (4.5-)
