UIGEA rules to be implemented by December 2009

The US Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve issued the final rules of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 giving banks and other USA financial institutions one year to comply with the ban and stop payments to and and from online gambling sites.
