Societe des Bains de Mer buys 50 per cent stake in Mangas Capital Gaming

The deal with Monaco's SMB is understood to have provided the parent company of BetClick the funds to make further European acquisitions.
Mangas Capital Gaming had been recently rumoured to be interrested in acquiring Scandinavian bookmaker Nordicbet.
