Paddy Power's Sportsbet Australia to buy International All Sports

Mark Read's International All Sports has received a takeover offer from Sportsbet, the Australian bookmaker controlled by Paddy Power.
Sportsbet's offer values IAS at million, almost twice as much Centrebet offered back in February.
Commenting on the acquisition of International All Sports, which remains subject to regulatory and shareholders approval, Paddy Power's CEO Patrick Kennedy said: "This acquisition underpins the potential of Sportsbet to build its market position under Matt Tripp's leadership and expands Paddy Power's reach into the Australian market."
