November rating reassessments

Betshop 3- (3), Sunderlands 2.5+ (3), Starprice 2.5 (2.5-). Skandia changed its name to Bringbet.
Betgrande and Heritage Sports had their ratings resetted to NR considering we didn't receive any relevant feedback on either company for a while. In particular both bookmakers seem to have moved away from post-up business. Bookmakers Rview doesn't have the resources (nor the interest) to rate credit bookmakers or those targetting only specific markets.
