More Canbet bonus complaints |
While back in January several players on betting forums complained that Canbet retroactively applied new terms to bonus promotions, only in the last week Bookmakers Review received 4 player complaints showing clear problems
with the sportsbook's customer service that is often incapable to understand the company's own bonus rules.
Bookmakers Review will speak again with Canbet management, which already promised to look at the problem at the 2008 EiG show in Barcelona.
In the meantime Canbet is downgraded to 4 (4+) and will be removed from the Green list if bonus complaints don't stop.
