HansaBet to stop offering sports betting

Hansa Bet (3) informs its customers that it will no longer offer sports betting as from December 1.
"With the tremendous growth experienced in our Poker and Casino business we plan on focusing our dedicated customer service, full attention and internal resources on bringing you the best possible product, customer service and support in the industry," said HansaGaming in a statement, adding that all pending bets that cannot be settled by November 30 will be voided.
Bowman Holding, which launched Hansa Gaming after selling popular online sports book Bowmans to Bet365 in 2006, was acquired for an undisclosed sum by Mobile Gaming Solutions in August this year.
