Gold Victory working with the LGA on a payment plan

Just as we received several new no-pay complaints, Gold Victory management told Bookmakers Review to be working with the LGA on a payment plan. Considering how other LGA's plans worked out (should say didn't work out) for the players, effective immediately Gold Victory is downgraded to S from 2 for no-pay.
