Gold Victory no pay complaints

Five players submitted payment complaints regarding Gold Victory. And while the Malta-based bookmaker has been telling owed players for over a month that payments were about to be sent (probably waiting on new deposits to come in first), this seems Betchance all over again.
Gold Victory downgraded to 2 (2.5-) and to the Red list for multiple slow-pays.
