Germanbet went offline owing money to players

Player tells BMR that Germanbet went offline at the end of 2007 owing him over 4,000 euros and apparently there are several other players who were owed money when the UK-registered bookmaker disappeared.
Germanbet's rating ratified at S and added to the Red list.
