Bookmakers Review to make a list of arbitrage alerts sites promoting scam bookmakers

Since we continue to receive complaints from players victims of no pay bookmakers such as Europlay, which has definitely evolved from denying payments to those who dared to win and now operates as a deposit only bookmaker, we have decided to start a blacklist of sites promoting these scams.
Hopefully by seeing their names associated to the word scam, they will finally stop to promote no-pay bookmakers.
Here is what I've found so far (with a dedicated page to come soon):
ArbSpy (promoting total scams Europlay and SSP among others), Odds Exchange (promoting Betchance and Europlay), SureWins.net (Europlay, SSP, Worldbet and several others).
