BetKlass up to no good

Malta-based BetKlass seems to be up to a new trick recently.
Bookmakers Review heard from several different players they had a lot of winning bets settled as lost and only after multiple e-mails to the bookmaker the bets were settled correctly. Another BetKlass customer reported to have lost almost $400 on currency exchange costs for a $2,300 withdrawal. When he complained to BetKlass, the bookmaker told him that since at the time of the deposit the exchanbge rate EUR to USD was 1.55 that's his rate, no matter the rate is now down to 1.27.
We have also received new slow-pay and bonus cancellation complaints which we are still trying to verify.
Meanwhile BetKlass is downgraded to the Red list.
