BetChance pays some players small amounts

We have received confirmation from four players who got their money this week from BetChance. The payments were all for small amounts (£100, £350, E300, E750) and do not appear to have been made in chronological order. More players on betting forums report receiving three-figure payments.
Normally we would have upgraded BetChance from its current no-pay status, however, we have also received more complaints from players who cannot ask for payments since their withdrawals exceed their deposits.
BetChance denied in multiple occasions to have such a rule even though its website clearly states that the maximum amount that can be withdrawn is equal to the amount deposited.
Once we receive confirmation that players can get paid on their winnings we'll review BetChance rating.
