BetAtlas and 724 Sports slow-pays

Players on SBR forum report of slow-pays from BetAtlas and 724 Sports.
I've personally been trying to contact both bookmakers from the begininng of 2008 for another issue not related to player payments and all my e-mails were returned undelivered. If they can't answer e-mails I'm not surprised they have problems to pay.
BetAtlas and 724 Sports downgraded to 2 (2.5-) and to the Orange list.
