Barney Frank unveils legislation to reverse 2006 UIGEA

Frank's Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection & Enforcement Act calls for the issue of online gambling licenses to qualified operators that demonstrate to have strong expertise in online gambling and sufficient financing to take bets
Congressman Jim McDermott immediately introduced the Internet Gambling Regulation and Tax Enforcement Act, according to which online gambling companies licensed in the US will be required to pay a license fee at the end of each month equal to two per cent of all funds deposited by customers during the preceding month.
