April payment complaints |
|
Recent weeks payment complaints include more no pays from customers of scam sports book Worldbet (S) and Austrian disgrace Bets4all (1) and slow pays from customers of Stryyke (2), Jetbull (2) and Begawin, which has now been downgraded to 2 (2.5-) and to the Orange list. CasiNETo,a new unlikely bookmaker operating from Costa Rica and Cyprus, offering an even more improbable 100% bonus to new players, appears to already be in slow pay mode. While BMR verifies the complaint we have received CasiNETo is newly rated at 2.5-. On the US front, Heroes Casino, which recently hit the headlines when refusing to pay a five figure sum to a blackjack player accused to be a cheater while the developers of the casino software found nothing wrong in his play and apparently paid the player themselves, has been trying to reposition itself on the market as a sportsbook, but on the American forums there are numerous reports of slow pays and even BMR received one which was eventually taken care of. Heroes Casino downgraded to 2 and to the Orange list. Dimeline Sport, despite SBR claims that they moved away from Futurebet and were trying hard to take responsability for their actions, seem to have not lasted long in their good intentions and are now confiscating accounts of players accused of steam play while other customer reports of bonus rollover rules changed midstream and of Moneybookers slow-pays. For the time being, BMR reassessed Dimeline Sports at 1 and confirms them into the Red list.
SBG Global (1) is back to its old unethical tactics: after accepting bets on Jenson Button to win the Formula 1 World Championship at odds of 70 to 1 before the start of season, with several other bookmakers and the betting exchange Betfair all offering similar odds, SBG has now voided the bets and offered to reinstate them at 10 to 1. SBG Global once again shows how its rating of 1 is well deserved. Date published: 17 May 2009 Related rating updates |
