Adverse ruling forces Centrebet to withdraw IASbet offer

According to the Takeovers Panel, Centrebet and International All Sports agreed in 2008 to a confidentiality agreement that allowed Centrebet to undertake due diligence but prevented it from announcing a bid.
Meanwhile, Sportsbet Australia announced to have acquired a 12% stake in International All Sports.

UPDATE 03-04-2009: Sportsbet Australia, which has been recently sued by Tabcorp for copyright infringement, is understood to have raised its stake in IAS to almost 20%.
