Betfair technical problems

Betfair downgraded to 4.5+ (5). Once again a major website upgrade affected the day's trading, with market loading, refresh and bet placement problems. And one more time Betfair showed no respect for its customers, putting their funds at risk while introducing features designed to attract less sophisticated punters. As an exchange's forumite suggested: "Betfair, should stop using its everyday customers as guinea pigs."
