3Bwin customers receive payments

All except one of the ten players who submitted slow pay complaints against 3Bwin (2) confirmed to have received their payments.
However, as the payments were 1-2 weeks late compared to what the company's founder told us, to be coherent with our other rating updates, we've decided to consider this a multiple slow-pay. Thus 3Bwin is downgraded to the Red List. We will further review 3Bwin rating in the coming weeks.
