3BWin slow pay complaints

Negative feedback comes in about 3BWin, with players waiting for payments since the beginning of September.
The Malta-based bookmaker blames a technical error caused by its payment gateway and says all payments will be made by next week.
Meanwhile 3BWin downgraded to 2 (2.5) and to the Orange list.
