Bwin takes ten days to send Moneybookers payments

Bookmakers Review receives multiple feedback from Bwin players who had to wait up to 10 days to receive a Moneybookers payment or who had the verification of documents delayed for multiple days due to the "high level of e-mails received".
Bwin: could you try to spend less in marketing and more in customer service?
