Bookmakers Review receives yet another slow-pay complaint against Winamax (2). A second player reports to have received his funds after seven weeks, coincidentally the last of 12 working days IBAS allowed Winamax to respond to its inquiry.
One of our readers informed us the Winamax website shows an expired bookmaker's permit and the company doesn't appear to have applied for the new remote gambling license necessary to operate in the UK when the Gambling Act 2005 comes into force on September 1. Bookmakers Review to contact the Gambling Commission to verify Winamax is not operating fraudulently. UPDATE 22-08-2007: Player receives his payment after one month waiting.
