Bet24 downgraded to 2 (3+) and to the Orange list

Bet24 downgraded to 2 (3+) and to the Orange list. The Malta-based bookmaker voids a tennis bet after the end of the match.
When we asked Bet24 if they think is fair that players risk their money having no chance to win, their Head of Odds told us: "The player did not risk his money. He got his stake back so no risk." Bookmaking 101 anyone?
