Baroda (operating as BetUS.com) no longer holds a KGC permit and is not authorized to carry on its operations within or from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake. BetUS (1) is now claiming to be "licensed and bonded" in Costa Rica, while industry insiders suggest the slow-pay sportsbook is trying to set up shop in Panama.
