In the last three months, Bookmakers Review received three no-pay complaints from customers of McBet.ru. After McBet's parent company Sportwetten-Gera denied running the site, we contacted the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta, where Sportwetten-Gera holds a license, and we were informed that the McBet.ru site is operated under a German license. Apparently the LGA does not consider a serious problem the fact that a licensed company steals players' money in a different jurisdiction. McBet.ru (1) downgraded to S, Sportwetten-Gera (2) and McBet.com (2) downgraded to 1 and to the Red List.
