Playbanks update: We have just been told the LGA is encountering problems with the claims submitted by players as many of them already charged back their original deposits through their banks. Therefore the Authority is waiting for clearance from the banks, a process which may take up to 12 weeks. It has also become obvious that the LGA is not happy to discuss this matter with Bookmakers Review anymore. The LGA will correspond directly with the players when new information comes up.
