Most of the players affected by the closure of Playbanks are still waiting to receive their payments. Bookmakers Review to contact again the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta.
We had previously suspended the rating coverage of Playbanks as we were confident that the LGA's requirement to keep customers' funds separated from the sportsbook's money would have guaranteed payments in this case. It appears we were too quick to jump to this conclusion. Playbanks' rating has been updated to S and the sportsbook has been added to the Red list.
