07-01-2007: Betway (3-) altered the spread on a confirmed NBA bet from +4.5 to -4.5 without informing the player. Both the player and Bookmakers Review tried to contact the sportsbook, but received no answers. Bookmakers Review to submit a complaint to the Financial Services Commission of Gibraltar on behalf of the player. UPDATE 09-01-2007: Betway tell Bookmakers Review to have answered the player when he first contacted them on December 28 and that traders stand by their decision that -4.5 was always the line available. Without a screenshot of the original bet, there is now way for Bookmakers Review to prove Betway wrong. Contact us if you have had a similar problem with Betway.
