Leisure & Gaming has sold its US facing operations, including VIP.com, BetGameDay.com, Nine.com, MyBookie.com and BetCom.com, to a newly incorporated company established by Alistair Assheton, former Chief Executive of LNG.
Leisure & Gaming will continue to operate its British and European operations, including BetShop.com and BetShopItalia.com.
