Bet911 limits players making impossible for them to fulfill bonus rollover requirements

While players on the SBR forum report of retroactively changes to bonus terms, other players claim to have been limited to few dollars per bet making impossible for them to fulfill the rollover requirements imposed by the Costa Rica sports book.
Meanwhile a quick investigation into BetHorizon's acquisition of slow-pay sportsbook BetAtlas revealed that no players have reported receiving payments. Bookmakers Review was owed few hundreds dollars in affiliate commissions since 2007 and not only we were never paid but we were also never able to get an answer from either BetAtlas nor Horizon Sports.
Players beware.

Other complaints against bookmakers active on the US market include a one year slow-pay for content thieves Enterbet, new slow-pays for Heroes and Casineto, Sportsbetting.com back to slow-pay 101 when telling a customer they cannot read the copies of documents he sent and WagerWeb confiscating winnings from players while selectively enforcing a rule on correlated parlays.
WagerWeb downgraded to 2 (2.5)
