10Bet says their BMR rating is too low

At the end of November 2009, the content manager of 10Bet.com contacted Bookmakers Review saying that their current rating, 2, does not reflect their real position and that the only complaints that over the years were not settled in favor of the players were those that involved bad credit cards.
Apparently 10Bet doesn't consider relevant complaints those from players who had bets voided after the lines moved against the bookmaker. Bookmakers Review asked the 10Bet representative why if the complaints have always been resolved in favor of the players, 10Bet never answered our emails and as always we received no further answer.
However, we want to give 10Bet a chance, so if you have any outstanding complaint against them, please submit your info to feedback at bookmakersreview.com
