August-October payment complaints

Payment complaints in the last 2 months included:
24SportsWeb (multiple slow pays ranging from 2 to 4 months);
Casineto (multiple slow pays of two months and more; the bookmaker seems responsive to calls from both BMR and SBR though);
Dimeline Sports (SBR reports multiple slow pays some going back to June);
Europlay (3 months and counting for the umpteenth victim);
and finally Heroes back in slow-pay mode after showing good signs of a come back in September. According to players on various betting forums, Moneybookers locked Heroes account, which is generally a sign that either Moneybookers wants to guarantee that those that made their deposit through them receive at least that amount back or MB wants to put an end to a scheme where winnings are paid with other players deposits.
